1. What we provide
AI Operator Academy is an education and training company. We provide instructional content, templates, and software tools designed to help you build websites and generate leads for local businesses. We do not sell a job, franchise, or "business opportunity," and we do not act as your employer, agent, or partner.
2. No income or results guarantee
Any earnings, results, or examples shown across our Services are illustrative and are not a guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, skill, consistency, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and results.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments & refunds
Course access and any software subscriptions are billed through our third-party platforms (such as Whop). Pricing, billing terms, and any refund or cancellation policy are presented at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, digital products and completed services are non-refundable.
5. License & acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your own use. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, copy, or redistribute our content, materials, or software without written permission;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our tools except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or to send unsolicited spam;
- Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
6. Third-party platforms
The Services rely on third-party platforms including Whop, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and our lead-generation software (LaunchKit). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Operator Academy and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
